Checks if the value reported for the [Outstanding nominal amount] attribute is consistent with the [Joint liability amount] attribute. In accordance with Part II of the AnaCredit Manual, p. 159, note that a given debtor cannot be liable for an amount greater than the outstanding nominal amount.
