Definition

At least one of the three attributes that indicate the real estate location is reported. Preferably, 'real estate collateral location country' and 'real estate collateral postal code' are reported. In order of preference: • If a postal code is in use in the relevant country, the real estate collateral location is identified by the two-digit ISO code of the country and the postal code of the region where the real estate is located; • If no postal code is in use in the relevant country, but the NUTS3 codes are in use (i.e. it is located in a Member State), the real estate collateral location is identified by (the country and) the NUTS3 code; • If neither postal codes nor NUTS3 codes are in use in the relevant country, the real estate collateral location is identified by a two-digit ISO code of the country.
